Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and related documentation
• Support project managers in tracking progress against key milestones and identifying potential risks
• Participate in team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items
• Help coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
• Contribute to the creation of project status reports and performance analysis
• Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and prepare presentations
• Support communication efforts with project stakeholders and document best practices

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Final year student completing a mandatory end-of-studies internship (Projet de Fin d'Études)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
