About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Time (QCDT) of interior parts in compliance with the Interior Center of Excellence (CoE) commitments.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders including site engineering, CoE Interiors team, procurement, quality, industry, cost calculation, and suppliers.
  • Manage CoE Interiors activities according to contract requirements, including recurring and non-recurring costs.
  • Lead the planning for the CoE and suppliers through to the GO IQA phase.
  • Implement and update risk mitigation plans and manage critical paths through effective communication and escalation.
  • Oversee the design process, ensuring the application of Design for Quality and standard CoE Interiors processes.
  • Manage change orders, first article inspections (FAI), and the approval of relevant documentation within deadlines.
  • Collect feedback from the project phase to improve future best practices and catalogs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience, specifically within high-mix/low-volume industries.
  • Engineering degree (Generalist).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an international, multi-site, and matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
