Project Manager Interiors-CDS I

Responsibilities

• Manage interior parts projects ensuring excellence in quality, costs, deadlines, and technical aspects (QCDT)
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, purchasing, quality, and suppliers
• Guarantee 100% timely completion of First Article Inspections (FAI) and First Equipment Installations (FEI)
• Manage Center of Excellence (CDS) activities for interior parts in compliance with contractual requirements
• Oversee modification orders and ensure timely project documentation and approvals
• Implement risk management plans and manage critical paths
• Collect and share lessons learned to improve future project execution

Requirements

• Engineering degree (generalist)
• 5 years of project management experience in high-mix/low-volume industries
• Strong cross-functional facilitation skills
• Experience working within an international, multi-site, and matrix organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
