Project Manager - Interior Design

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site activities to ensure construction and design work meets quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Review architectural and design drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating with suppliers and design teams to meet deliverables
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Manage the tendering process and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions
• Provide regular reports on cost performance, site progress, and potential project risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions, agreements, and communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within luxury interiors
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, Excel, and project management software
• Valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle for work use
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, management, and contractors
• Highly organized with a strong business and entrepreneurial attitude
