Project Manager Interior Architecture/Architecture

Responsibilities

• Overall project management for demanding architecture and interior design projects in existing properties
• Manage project volumes starting from approximately CHF 4 million
• Oversee cost and schedule management to ensure quality and alignment
• Prepare all project documentation in collaboration with the project team
• Act as the central point of contact for clients and guide decision-making processes
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and support employee development

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in leading complex projects
• Mandatory experience within Switzerland and knowledge of SIA phases and Swiss standards
• Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
• Proficiency in design, execution, and overall project management for interior fit-out projects
• Strong technical and constructive knowledge
• Proficiency in project/construction management tools, Adobe Creative, and MS Office
• Preference for ArchiCad skills
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language skills are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams
