Project Manager Integration

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between internal stakeholders (IT, SCM) and external partners to integrate them into the partner program.
• Support partners in integrating into the marketplace via the Seller Center.
• Create and track project schedules, document milestones, and report on progress.
• Verify product data requirements and address any deficiencies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and process explanations, including Q&A sessions.
• Maintain master data within various IT systems.
• Optimize interface processes and identify scaling potential.
• Monitor partner processes during the post-go-live hypercare phase.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, economics, or comparable training.
• Initial professional experience in e-commerce and/or digital sales.
• Fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High degree of initiative, assertiveness, and goal orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (G-Suite).
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
