Project Manager Inhouse Consulting Operations Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage the high-level planning, coordination, and control of project portfolios and their interfaces within Inhouse Consulting Operations.
• Support portfolio realization managers in adhering to defined processes and creating overarching timelines including key milestones.
• Update planning documents regularly, coordinate regular meetings and steering committees, and prepare data for meaningful reporting.
• Collect and structure progress KPIs to provide decision-making foundations for committees and stakeholders.
• Organize portfolio synchronization and networking, ensuring target-group-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously develop multi-project management processes and manage the technological infrastructure of the overall portfolio.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering), or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in multi-project management and navigating complex project portfolio landscapes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and persuasively with various stakeholders.
• Diplomatic skill to align different interests through precise, appreciative, and goal-oriented communication.
• A methodical and innovative working style with a high readiness for responsible tasks.
