Project Manager Inhouse Consulting Multiproject Management

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the holistic planning, organization, and control of project portfolios and their interfaces within inhouse consulting.
• Manage the multiproject management process at the respective level, ensuring process compliance and reporting on process quality.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, experts, and implementation managers.
• Perform project portfolio monitoring and reporting to ensure methodical and goal-oriented implementation through proper governance.
• Collect and process relevant progress KPIs to coordinate and prepare decision templates for committees and stakeholders.
• Adapt industry standards to specific requirements and actively contribute to the further development of the multiproject management process.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven competence in multiproject management and the ability to navigate complex project and portfolio landscapes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, methodical, and independent working style with a solution-oriented approach.
• High level of organizational talent, flexibility, and the ability to present complex information clearly.
