Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through successful completion
• Build and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project Enterprise
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify risks and issues, developing effective communication and mitigation plans
• Track progress, manage changes, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and global client stakeholders
• Coordinate work across multiple internal contributors and functional groups
• Lead status meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through on action items
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Regular, active use of Microsoft Project Enterprise for day-to-day project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience working with global clients (US, Europe, or EMEA) and distributed teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in professional services, IT, or consulting environments
