Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of projects including requirements, schedule, budget, and deliverables
• Drive project progress by tracking tasks and ensuring accountability across teams
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and resolve conflicts to drive decisions
• Develop project plans, charters, and reporting to communicate status and risks
• Identify and mitigate risks to remove blockers
• Apply technical understanding to support decision-making and guide project direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or scientific environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Proficiency with MS Project
• Experience with the project lifecycle and driving cross-functional deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with laser systems
• Experience with Jira
