Project Manager, Industrial Water

Responsibilities

• Provide project management, leadership, and delivery oversight for ongoing Industrial Water projects, with a primary focus on Texas.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversee projects of varying complexity.
• Act as a "seller-doer" by developing detailed proposals, managing scope of work documents, and providing cost estimates.
• Drive business development by identifying customer needs, participating in interviews, and implementing strategies for key clients.
• Interact with clients and management regarding project scope, schedule, budget, and technical status.
• Mentor and supervise staff to develop high-performing project teams.
• Ensure all work follows company health, safety, and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial or municipal water-related design or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project).
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within 12 months.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Project Management certification.
