About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects through various phases, from concept to finished product
- Manage extensive project timelines, technology, and budgets
- Ensure cross-functional work proceeds according to plan with correct resources
- Report project status to internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace, defense, or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of the entire product development process (mechanics, software, and quality)
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English
