Project Manager - Industrial Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of medium to large Engineering, Procurement, Construction, or Design Build projects, overseeing safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver detailed design projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Partner with sales and technical teams to develop winning proposals, including risk identification and staffing plans.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for expanded scope.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and overall project profitability.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and Change Management Programs.
• Mentor and train junior project managers and team members to elevate project performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Manufacturing.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing internal/external costs and project profitability.
• Proficiency in developing detailed project schedules using P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for client negotiations and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific experience within the Semi-conductor or Food & Beverage industries.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
