Project Manager in Global Actuarial

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead client projects and international consulting mandates for global players.
• Support the global consolidation of worldwide pension liabilities for corporate balance sheets.
• Execute projects in the areas of Global Benefits and Total Rewards, including benchmarking and developing global minimum standards.
• Provide consulting support during corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Work on global financing solutions for insured benefits, such as pooling and captives.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches for global consolidation and consulting.

Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Science, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of experience in pension valuation or the consolidation of international pension liabilities is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (experience with macro programming is a plus).
• Fluent English skills and good German language skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and high quality awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural team environment.
