Project Manager - ILS

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within product development and production from idea to verified solution
• Ensure projects meet requirements for quality, safety, documentation, and traceability
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, production, quality, and after-sales
• Drive work related to production preparation, industrialization, and verification
• Ensure products and systems meet requirements for operational reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle perspectives
• Coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including maintenance planning and spare parts strategies
• Identify and follow up on technical and project-related risks through structured risk management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and steering groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in product development, production, or technical operations
• Experience from highly regulated industries such as defense, marine, or other safety-critical sectors
• Documented experience in ILS work, risk management, or work with reliability and maintainability is required
• Strong understanding of quality requirements, verification, documentation, and technical regulations
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or near production, production technology, or maintenance
• Experience with both traditional and agile project models
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple interfaces
