Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee project reporting, PMRs, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering
• Ensure compliance with contractual and DoD requirements
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in program/project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs
• Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA PM
• Eligibility to obtain Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs
• Familiarity with EVM and program reporting
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, or Power BI
