Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget, managing timelines ranging from 8 weeks to 24 months.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed plans including resource allocation and risk assessments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple projects and programs.
• Identify potential risks early, maintain risk registers, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Engage with executives, clients, and internal teams through status reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.
• Manage project forecasts, budgets, and cost controls to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing projects within SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and complex cost controls.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum.
