Project Manager III

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more very complex projects involving national geographic footprints or full spectrum of services
• Oversee all project phases from inception to close out
• Exercise consenting and regulatory authority for approvals
• Manage and mentor other Project Managers
• Partner with Owners during pre-construction and RFQ document preparation
• Participate in proposal reviews, interviews, and confidential meetings
• Assist in the selection and scoring of Progressive Design-Build teams
• Develop program and design criteria while maintaining budget and schedule adherence
• Verify budgets and schedules for the design-build phase

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior bond management experience
