Project Manager II

Responsibilities

• Manage multidiscipline design projects from planning and initiation through post-construction closeout
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget for small to mid-sized projects
• Produce weekly and monthly reports regarding project progress and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and negotiate change orders
• Coordinate procurement of services including design engineers and third-party providers such as survey and geotechnical teams
• Facilitate construction progress meetings to identify and resolve potential issues
• Perform quality control for tasks and coordinate review of engineering design milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 2 years of related experience in project management or a related occupation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation
• Experience with project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
• Experience with construction cost estimate development
• Proficiency with PDF editing tools (Adobe, Bluebeam, or PDF-Xchange)
• Scaffold User Certificate
• OSHA Construction Safety and Health training confirmation
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I
