Project Manager Hydraulic Works Execution

Responsibilities

• Perform or supervise VISA technical reviews (civil engineering, geotechnics, electricity, automation, process, etc.)
• Assist Project Direction in coordination and team management
• Control works performed by contractors on-site, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and safety
• Draft site reports and potentially act as Quality Manager
• Assist in financial and contractual management of projects
• Analyze and prioritize client and partner needs
• Manage communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, partners, state services)

Requirements

• Bac+3/5 degree in hydraulics, civil engineering, or water treatment processes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in execution supervision/project management
• Proven track record with large-scale infrastructure projects (>€10 million)
• Experience with water treatment plants, sewage plants, storm basins, or pumping stations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ideally possess CATEC and/or AIPR certifications
