Project Manager HVAC

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire planning process in the field of building services (HVAC)
• Lead project teams independently and solution-oriented through all planning phases of building construction projects
• Perform planning activities within an integral team supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and construction management
• Support the implementation of sustainable and climate-neutral planning goals

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree in building services engineering (FH, HF, or specialist certificate)
• Professional experience in HVAC planning and specialist construction management for medium to large projects
• Experience in leading project teams and mentoring junior employees
• Knowledge of Auto-CAD or Revit is ideal
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken); English is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a proactive, independent way of working
