Project Manager, HRIS Time Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and ensure compliance for strategic HR projects, specifically focusing on Time & Attendance system implementations.
• Define action plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project leaders.
• Track project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation or recovery plans.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation of lessons learned.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various departments.
• Support Change Management strategies to drive the adoption of new HR systems and processes.
• Promote the standardization of project management methodologies within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Software Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing systems-based or Human Resources projects.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, Scrum Master, or similar).
• Knowledge of Change Management principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel nationally, particularly during system implementation phases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
