Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on customer project delivery for small-scope, low-risk engagements to ensure all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met
• Assist in managing project finances and coordinate with client and account team personnel
• Provide subject matter support across project management knowledge areas to drive project success
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships by coordinating with support departments including sales, finance, legal, engineering, and product management
• Analyze complex business and systems processes to address customer issues efficiently
• Identify tasks, determine dependencies, and communicate clear expectations to team members
• Support project teams through research, data analysis, and regular reporting on accomplishments and impediments

Requirements

• Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in project management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology and standard Project Management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management programs and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL
• Experience with Scrum, Six Sigma, or Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
