About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete 5-10 home renovation projects per month according to set timelines
  • Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
  • Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Manage project timelines and respond to all inspections
  • Deliver equipment to job sites as needed
  • Conduct final inspections of homes and take detailed property photos

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia to travel to job sites in the DMV area
