About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete 5-10 home renovation projects per month according to set timelines
- Recruit contractors and manage contracts for all trades and subcontractors
- Strive to complete projects below budget and seek ways to reduce costs
- Manage project timelines and respond to all inspections
- Deliver equipment to job sites as needed
- Conduct final inspections of homes and take detailed property photos
Requirements
- 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Must live in Maryland, DC, or Virginia to travel to job sites in the DMV area
