Project Manager Hochbau

Responsibilities

• Organization and proactive management of construction projects during planning and execution within interdisciplinary teams
• Development of feasibility studies
• Assumption of partial tasks in client-side project management to support national and international clients
• Leadership and coordination of project participants including object and specialist planners, site management, and executing companies
• Reporting on project status to client management levels
• Participation in acquisition and proposal preparation
• Further development of project management systems and digital tools

Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in project management
• Experience in project control areas such as organization, costs, schedules, quality, and contract management
• Knowledge and experience with AHO, VOB, and HOAI
• Site experience and technical know-how are an advantage
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented behavior
• Very good German and English language skills
