Project Manager HLKS Building Technology

Responsibilities

• Project management for HLKS planning assignments in construction and industry
• Project leadership ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets are met
• Leading the project team
• Advising and supporting customers through all project phases from strategic planning to commissioning and optimization
• Developing conceptual designs and technical feasibility studies
• Implementing innovative solutions and advising customers on economic efficiency throughout the property lifecycle

Requirements

• University degree in HLKS (HVAC) or equivalent technical diploma (SSST / HF / FH)
• Several years of experience as a project manager in building technology and HLKS systems planning in Switzerland
• Knowledge of Swiss plant construction laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• BIM knowledge and experience with digital planning methods is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of English, French, or Italian
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration across different Swiss branches
