Project Manager HKLS Site Supervision

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the entire HKLS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) technical department of the respective construction project
• Implement projects based on BIM models
• Ensure close cooperation with other technical departments (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering) and external specialist planners
• Manage the HKLS technical department regarding costs and results
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral planning and sustainable buildings

Requirements

• Degree in building services engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or comparable training
• Long-term, relevant professional experience in HKLS site supervision for large-scale projects in Germany
• High willingness to travel
• Extensive knowledge of relevant approval and planning principles, laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS-Project
• Knowledge of Lean Management is an advantage
• Business fluent German (minimum C1 level)
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality

• Experience with Lean Management
• Interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
