Project Manager HKLS Heating Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as sub-project manager for HKLS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) and take responsibility for the entire planning process
• Lead project teams independently through all planning phases of large-scale projects, such as airports
• Perform planning tasks within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with other disciplines including architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and site supervision
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in HKLS planning and specialist construction management for large-scale projects
• Specialization in heating technology is preferred
• Experience in leading small, diverse teams and supporting junior employees
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and Revit
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Structured and independent working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Experience with BIM-based integral planning
