Project Manager HKLS, focus on Sanitary Technology

Responsibilities

• Act as sub-project manager and take responsibility for the entire planning process
• Lead project teams independently through all HKLS planning phases for large-scale projects like airports
• Perform planning activities within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and external planners
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal for climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in HKLS planning and specialist construction management for large projects, ideally focusing on sanitary technology
• Experience in leading small, diverse teams and supporting junior employees
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD and Revit
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Structured and independent working style

• Strong interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge
