Project Manager HKLS

Responsibilities

• Act as sub-project manager for HKLS (HVAC) and take responsibility for the entire planning process
• Lead project teams independently through all HKLS planning phases for airport projects
• Perform planning tasks within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and external specialists
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Degree in technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in HKLS planning and specialist construction supervision for large-scale projects
• Specialization in ventilation/indoor air or smoke extraction technology preferred
• Experience in leading small, diverse teams and mentoring junior employees
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Structured, independent working style and interest in sustainability
