About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Power Transformer projects within the Thailand factory, managing all technical, safety, quality, and financial targets.
- Oversee the development of project plan documents regarding scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, and health, safety, and environment (HSE).
- Identify, analyze, and address project risks while sharing lessons learned with the team.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers in collaboration with Supply Chain and Legal departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the project team by providing clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power or higher).
- Over 6 years of experience in Project Management, specifically with power transformer products, power substations, or LV/MV/HV switchgear.
- Valid electrical engineer license.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, costs, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Sound knowledge of the Utility and Industrial segment markets.
