Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in defining execution guidelines, allocating tasks, and monitoring internal and external resources to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Planning departments to develop project plans, including scope, financial, schedule, and risk management plans.
• Monitor and control project financials, including invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, and manage project risks while pursuing new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure services, materials, and equipment, and support supplier negotiations.
• Review critical supplier progress and integrate updates into the overall project schedule.
• Capture and share lessons learned and support formal project close-out and customer acceptance.
• Ensure project compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Customer Support.
• Proven experience in the execution of multiple HV Substations throughout the project life cycle.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive stakeholders to resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
