Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global multifunctional teams to achieve project goals and strategic objectives
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Facilitate communication and alignment across different regions, cultures, and time zones
• Identify risks and challenges early and propose constructive, actionable solutions
• Influence peers in Sales, Purchasing, and Operations, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and project governance
• Ensure project decisions reflect business priorities and deliver customer value

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an international environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional or cross-regional projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management frameworks
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex stakeholder relationships

• Experience working within the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing sector
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial impacts of project decisions
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities
