Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive and take responsibility for ROT projects from design to final inspection
• Prepare budgets and simple calculations for investments and maintenance
• Create tender documents for turnkey contracts
• Evaluate bids and manage procurement and contracts for consultants and contractors
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead design, start, and construction meetings
• Supervise contractors and plan/conduct inspections
• Communicate with tenants regarding projects
• Manage economic follow-ups, forecasting, and ÄTA regulation handling

Requirements

• University engineering degree in construction/contracting or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in project management within real estate, construction, or ROT
• Strong knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT), AMA, BBR, building legislation, and work environment coordination
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and economic/real estate systems (Vitec is a plus)
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management or leadership training
• Experience in customer and relationship management
• Experience as a Control Responsible (Kontrollansvarig) according to PBL
