Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects through planning, execution, and closing phases
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth progress
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 20 years of experience in project management within the construction sector
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, team management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification
