Project Manager GTB/GTC

About the Company

CYRISEA specializes in digital integration for the energy and environmental performance of buildings. The company designs, installs, and manages multi-brand Building Management Systems (GTB) and energy supervision solutions to optimize consumption and create smarter, connected buildings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring project success and satisfaction
• Manage project planning, including internal teams and subcontractors
• Guarantee quality of service, respect for costs, and adherence to deadlines
• Support technicians in the field, particularly during equipment commissioning
• Ensure the financial profitability of projects
• Oversee technical projects ranging from consulting to operation, including Smart Building master plans and IoT deployment

Requirements

• Higher education in home automation or the energy sector
• At least 6 years of experience in building automation and HVAC regulation (CVC)
• Knowledge of computer networks and multi-brand GTB controllers
• Understanding of IoT and technical supervision systems
• Strong listening skills and ability to propose technical solutions
• Rigorous, passionate, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complete GTB architecture and infrastructure
