About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage construction or interior projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project budgeting, including RAB and BOQ expertise
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Lead and manage project teams effectively
- Solve on-site project issues and make critical decisions to maintain progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or interior projects
- Strong understanding of Detail Engineering Drawing (DED)
- Proven expertise in budgeting (RAB & BOQ)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams and resolve on-site challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
