Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution across regional publishing initiatives, including marketing campaigns, creative localisation, community activations and partner relations
  • Serve as a PM across internal and external stakeholders, drive deliverables, aligning timelines, managing blockers and ensuring smooth handoff between teams
  • Act as a single point of coordination for SEA and Japan publishing matters
  • Maintain regional publishing calendars, project tracker and documentation
  • Coordinate regional insights and status updates into structured weekly or milestone reports for leadership review
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase team efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English, Japanese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in free-to-play live-service game publishing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • High ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for video games and deep understanding of the gaming industry
  • Experience working with Japanese or SEA player communities, creators or marketing channels
  • Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Figma
  • Experience with indie game publishing
