Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure using Grantek Project Management Methodology
• Lead and cultivate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project resources and team members
• Monitor project performance against scorecard metrics, scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Maintain high levels of stakeholder and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams for resource planning and business objectives
• Drive accountability and communication among all project stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing full project lifecycles
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, and risk management
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the region
• Flexibility to work overtime and non-business hours when required
