Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple industrial construction and facility infrastructure projects with budgets exceeding $50 million
• Lead projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Develop project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and EHS
• Oversee installation of industrial electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and utility systems
• Manage contractor performance, RFIs, change orders, and construction quality
• Partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to coordinate long-lead equipment and site deliveries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• 5-7+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or manufacturing facilities
• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects exceeding $50 million
• Strong understanding of medium voltage and 480V three-phase electrical systems
• Proficiency reading electrical one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and construction drawings
• Knowledge of industrial HVAC, chiller, compressed air, and utility infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing building, environmental, and utility permits
• Experience working with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards
• Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, or heavy industrial sectors
• PMP, PE, or CCM professional certification
