Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Design, communicate, and implement operational plans while monitoring progress and performance.
• Facilitate the analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and timeframes.
• Act as a liaison across multiple business segments such as Software Development, IT, and Information Security to secure necessary resources.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays and manage stakeholder expectations through regular reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, track billing performance, and identify opportunities to optimize productivity and revenue.
• Mentor less experienced project managers regarding decision-making, financial responsibility, and project plan management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent training and work experience).
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex customizations and work across internal functional areas and with external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
