Project Manager - Global Learning

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation and L&D projects and events to support the global learning strategy.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, demand planning, enrollment, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.
• Manage the global learning Preferred Supplier List (PSL), including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with vendors and Managed Service Providers.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance against KPIs and SLAs, conducting regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost reductions.
• Collaborate with Procurement on RFPs/RFIs, managing the tendering, quotation, and contract award processes.
• Oversee budget controls and management for global learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, including conducting needs analysis and designing learning solutions.
• Strong project management expertise with knowledge of agile methodologies and lean principles.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including sourcing and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Professional qualifications in Learning & Development and Project Management.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Experience applying lean methodologies and end-to-end (E2E) thinking in organizational or learning initiatives.
