Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage project scope, timeline, and budget
• Ensure deliveries are on time, with quality and cost control
• Monitor progress and analyze performance metrics
• Identify and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and support the team in resolving obstacles
• Maximize value delivery to stakeholders
• Support backlog management

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT project management across multiple contexts
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• Strong communication, leadership, and influence skills
• Excellent planning and organization capabilities regarding estimates and schedule control
