Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan orders from entry to installation completion for the surgical workflow product portfolio
• Manage project budgets to ensure company margin targets are met
• Develop project timelines, assemble required teams, and coordinate integration schedules
• Conduct pre-installation site inspections and ensure site readiness
• Manage and evaluate external installation contractors, providing onsite direction when needed
• Monitor production schedules with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Assist the sales organization with technical accuracy, configuration planning, and quoting
• Perform installations and testing according to manufacturer specifications when required
• Maintain effective communication with customers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in technical product line applications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Willingness to travel up to 75% based on project location and customer demand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and installation drawings
• Experience with functional or technical supervision of outside contractors
