Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects driven by the hospital’s executive team
• Oversee innovation and research projects led by clinicians, including design, planning, and monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of hospital professionals and private healthcare sector partners
• Lead change management initiatives and the reengineering of hospital care processes
• Provide training in Design Thinking and Communication to internal hospital staff

Requirements

• Biomedical engineering degree
• Lean Management Black belt training
• Biodesign Process certification
• Proven experience in project management, change management, and implementing innovation projects within a health system
• Experience working with cross-functional units such as Pharmacy or Surgical Departments
• Fluency in both Catalan and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
