Project Manager - Generative AI Data Operation

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance, workforce planning, and training programs for Generative AI data operations to drive performance and process improvement.
• Monitor QA plans in partnership with the Quality team, including sampling, audits, and tracking defect risks.
• Forecast capacity needs, schedule shifts, and align vendors and internal teams to meet volume and turnaround targets.
• Build and deliver training and certification programs for raters, annotators, and coordinators.
• Maintain performance dashboards for throughput, quality, productivity, and cost to drive actionable improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with data handling, privacy, and safety policies.
• Standardize SOPs and checklists to remove bottlenecks and improve operational speed and quality.
• Coach Coordinators and Associate PMs on QA workflows, tools, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project or operations delivery with hands-on QA and workforce planning experience.
• Proven experience running training programs and coordinating multi-team delivery.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI tools.
• Near-native English skills with strong writing and editorial capabilities.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (text, voice, or video).
• Background in QA testing, rubric design, or AI safety and ethics evaluation.
• Familiarity with data-annotation platforms and model-evaluation tools.
• Ability to interpret code, datasets, and system workflows at a conceptual level.
• Multilingual abilities beyond English.
