Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to Specialty Lines & Machines technologies within the Bakery Business Unit
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to company standards, budgets, and timelines
• Provide clear and timely reports to management and internal stakeholders
• Identify project risks and define corrective actions to mitigate critical issues
• Coordinate and drive the achievement of key milestones and deliverables
• Manage client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure high service levels

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or an equivalent educational background
• Proven experience in Project Management, preferably within complex industrial contexts
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical situations
• Experience working in international environments with multicultural stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the food, packaging, or bakery sectors
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes and industry-specific technologies
• Fluency in a second language
