Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex refrigeration and heat pump projects for international food industry clients
• Manage all project activities including stakeholder relations, planning, costs, scope, and contract management
• Monitor projects regarding technical, financial, and organizational aspects
• Lead project teams through engineering, procurement, logistics, on-site installation, and commissioning
• Perform project risk assessments and mitigate potential bottlenecks
• Maintain continuous customer contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Manage change orders and pursue variation orders when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, supply chain, and finance, as well as international sister companies

Requirements

• Technical bachelor’s degree (applied sciences) or master’s degree
• Proven project management experience in a technical environment
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate decisiveness, flexibility, and technical insight

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in industrial refrigeration
