Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for MICE events from client brief and planning to execution and follow-up
• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Translate client visions into clear operational plans
• Drive upselling and create conditions for recurring business
• Collaborate closely with sales and arena operational functions to ensure safe and professional execution
• Manage bookings, invoicing, and project closure
• Maintain operational oversight during setup, execution, and dismantling of events
• Contribute to the team's sales goals and develop internal processes

Requirements

• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in similar roles, preferably within MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry
• Proficiency in event/booking systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience working towards set goals and timelines
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
